Today's WOD is all about Parallel Bars, so we've named it after the inventor of the apparatus - Friedrich Ludwig Jahn. Head out to your nearest outdoor fitness park or playground that has a set of parallel bars and complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.
Always begin with a brief warmup (i.e. 50 jumping jacks, 60 seconds of jogging in place, etc.)
