Today's WOD is inspired by a certain green friend and it is all about explosive jumping movements. This WOD is designed for use in an outdoor fitness park, but you can perform most of these movements at home with the right equipment. Scale the workout to your own fitness level by adjusting the number of reps or AMRAP time.

Always begin with a brief warmup (i.e. 50 jumping jacks, 60 seconds of jogging in place, etc.)

  • 10 Fitness Pommel Box Jumps (or similar box/platform)

  • 10 Mountain Climbers

  • 15 Jumping Lunges

  • Rest One Minute
