GameTime is the Awards Sponsor at this year's New York State Recreation and Park Society (NYSRPS) Conference in Rochester, New York April 2-4, 2017. The three-day event marks the 77th Annual Conference & Expo and will gather approximately 450 leisure professionals from across NY State for 50+ sessions, networking opportunities, exhibits, Annual Awards reception, evening socials & more!
On Monday, April 3, GameTime will present a session on Outdoor Fitness, titled "Outdoor Fitness Parks: Promoting Community Health and Physical Activity." The 90-minute presentation will discuss how promoting regular physical activity is a critical public health priority, and describe how adult outdoor fitness parks are a valid solution to providing more available, affordable, and enjoyable ways to exercise in neighborhood parks and destinations. Attendees will discover the unique benefits, design considerations, implementation strategies, and case examples to effectively champion innovative solutions for promoting community health and wellness. CEU credits will be awarded.
