Sweet Home, Alabama

You may know that we’ve been around since 1929 - 90 (NINETY!) years this year - but did you hear about another milestone we recently reached? We just  celebrated 40 years of working in Fort Payne, Ala.! And it has been a true pleasure being a part of the community.

Our half-million square foot facility in Fort Payne is where all our manufacturing takes place - where all those playground dreams come true.

Fort Payne Mayor Larry Chesser presented us with a ceremonial key to the city alongside a message of thanks. He said, “I just want to echo the sentiments of the whole community. You don’t realize what kind of an effect a company such as this has on our community. The economic impact is tremendous and the influence throughout the world makes a great impression on Fort Payne. This is not a local company, it’s a global company, and we are proud to have you in town.”

Since we came to Fort Payne, we’ve created more than 200,000 different playground, recreation, and community products across America, and we are happy to have worked on local projects in Fort Payne as well. We just recently created a new challenge course for Fort Payne Middle School and always strive for inclusivity at the Alabama Walking Park and Trail. It has been a pleasure seeing this local community grow, ever since we moved here in 1979.
