COVID-19 continues to be top of mind for many of you, just as it is for all of us here at GameTime. Working with our parent company, PlayCore, GameTime is continually discussing how to protect the health and well-being of our team members, their families, and our customers.  We wanted to share with you what we are doing to ensure our employees and customers are safe and cared for as this situation continues to evolve.

  1. We are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in terms of mitigating the spread of infection in our offices and facilities. You can review those guidelines at www.coronavirus.gov. We are practicing social distancing techniques recommended by healthcare professionals, and we have suspended non-essential domestic travel and all international travel. We have employed a variety of virtual communication tools to ensure we continue to be responsive to our customers’ needs as we work through this challenging time together.
     
  2. GameTime strives to be prepared for any supply chain interruption by ensuring: (1) ample stock at all of our warehouse locations; (2)  suppliers that are from both domestic and international locations, (3) longer lead times for specialty items, and (4) understanding customer demands.
     
  3. We maintain high standards for the quality and cleanliness of our locations every day. We have increased the frequency of deep cleaning and sanitizing at our manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and business offices.

We will continue to watch this situation closely and take guidance from the CDC, national, and local authorities.  Please be assured we are taking all the necessary steps to keep our GameTime community safe. As a company that cares deeply about people, our thoughts remain with those directly affected by the virus and those working tirelessly to care for them.
