The Up & Over enhances muscle fitness, core & balance strength as users climb up one side of the net wall, and cross over to climb down the other side. The net has a slight angle to increase the difficulty, and the top rail is angled to improve decision-making skills as users have to find a fast way Up & Over the challenge. Use as part of a custom outdoor obstalce course or part of a pre-configured Challenge Course Youth 5000 (13648).
