Nautical Theming
The entire playground is designed to bring Mitchell's love for pirates to life! Kids can hunt for buried treasure, fire imaginary cannonballs from their ship, and dive into an underwater adventure with mermaids. At Mitchell's Landing, every play session leads to a new story waiting to be told.
Inclusive Play
Mitchell's Landing is a place where everyone can play together. With slide transfers, ramps, and accessible surfacing, the playground is designed to ensure those using mobility devices can move around comfortably.
Shade Structures
Shade structures are thoughtfully placed throughout the park, keeping the space cool and inviting so children can play longer and enjoy more outdoor adventures.
Attention to Detail
Mitchell's spirit is woven into every part of the playground, making it a true reflection of his personality. Even the entrance sign proudly showcases his handwriting! This special space invites the community to come together, celebrate Mitchell, and create new adventures in his honor.
