J.A. Dawson & Co., Inc., located in Pelham, AL has been building parks and playgrounds for over 25 years in Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida panhandle. Our staff has a combined total of over 140 years of recreation and design experience. Three staff members are degreed recreation professionals with over 60 years of public recreation service. No other firm can offer more professional experience in the philosophy of play or more experience in the design of equipment to meet that need.

J.A. Dawson & Co., Inc. is a licensed general contractor in the states of Alabama and Mississippi, and we are fully insured. Unlike other companies, we do not use inexperienced subcontractors to install our equipment. Our installation teams are factory trained and certified, with no team leader having installed fewer than 50 playgrounds. The obvious advantage we offer is experience and sole responsibility for the job.
